"The Dream"

Nice beginning, even though it doesn't seem to fit with the name of the song...? This sounds like something I'd listen to in a club, I'd hardly dream with this kind of music in the backround 0_o

This song is very nice in quality and everything, but that bassline is a little overused. Its nice to see that some people use it on Newgrounds, but every single trance song that is famous (or infamous by todays standards) uses that synth. Its kind of unoriginal :(

Other than that, you've got yourself a good groovin' piece :D Keep this up; 10'd and 5'd!

"Honey!"

A nice popcorn-esque dance piece. I like how retro this song is, and as much as I like how diverse the melody is with its almost being like a solo; you need another synth in there that backs up the main melody. Something that puts the melody in your head and makes you want to hum it, you know?

Good work though, this is something that could just loop for hours on end :) 10'd and 5'd!

Its funny because the other band member's (my friend) alias is Resonance :)

Very sleek and awesome "Matrix" feel in this song. Nice synths, and DEFINATELY nice drums! I like the phaser/flange that you put on the drums. This entire song is just sick man, I hope you go far with this :)

10'd and 5'd :) Try adding a cut-time DnB part with a nice Grind bassline and some sick drums, that'll really add to the feel of the entire track :D

I was never really a fan of Sandstorm; the original artist didn't put that much effort into the song. The bassline didn't go off on harmonic/melodic notes, instead it just followed the melody and the entire song was repetitive.

Meh. I hope you did a bit more than he did.

Well, the beginning was nice. Actually, I liked that sound you had going, and it fit very well with the high string. As nice as you had the sounds going the piano in the background doesn't... work. I'd love to say that I enjoyed this song but the piano doesn't feel like its ontune; I think you're playing a wrong chord :(

Its only something minor though, but try to fix it up if you have time. Keep this up and you'll be really good very soon :)

Cool beginning! I really felt like a bad ass with that stuttery bassline and those beautiful glitchy drums. This is like... the ultimate house song. I love it. A lot. I think you just got a download from me, and thats not very often :O

Wow. This totally caught me by surprise. Awesome intro, awesome synths, great drum work for the song. This perfectly fits the genre Hands up! Awesome work.

The only thing that you can work on is your mastering. Put a compressor on each effects channel so the volume is moderated perfectly, and then turn down the instruments that need to be turned down. Since as good as this song is, there is a lot of clipping everywhere.

Great work! You are one hell of an aspiring musician! Keep this up, 10'd and 5'd!

Very nice beginning. I liked the spacey synth you used, and you very beautifully melded into the kick/bassline riff with the soft melody. Since you obviously know what you are doing with trance, I'll give you one thing to work on: Make your drums more creative.

Sure, the kick/OH is a great trance thing, but when you have a drum break with your kick, do more creative things. 6/8 rolls, offbeat stabs, etc man. Be creative! Also, if you wanna fill up the background with some nice sliced up drums or something, that would just make the drums that much more ace, eh? Take a listen to DnB and Breakbeat songs to get a feel for more creative drum breaks :)

Very nice synth in the beginning. Set the mood for a funk song more than trance though, but I like both genres equally as much :P The acid synth is a bit powerful, you make it go to extremely high frequencies and then extremely low. You should keep it at a steady frequency where it doesn't move around too much and adjust the volume so it doesn't make peoples ears hurt too much.

The drums are good and techno-ish, this really isn't trance :) But, it doesn't really matter; I like both. This song is very nice with some great arpeggios and other misc. stuff :) Great work, 10'd and 5'd!

[Lost in Time]

"Lost in Time"

Well, its starts out rather nice with a soft synth arpeggio and some heavily reverbed percussion. The only issues I have so far is with the "bass" synth. Its a bit loud, which I can understand, so you can hear the piano part. But, you have to take in consideration the rest of the instruments. When you bring in the other instruments, the things that were quiet get taken out and the things that were loud are being taken over by things that are even louder than the other things.

Make sure that you make the right things loud, like... at this point, I can barely hear the percussion and all the melodies are crowding over each other. A bit better arrangment and volume control would fix all of that :)

Other than that, the song itself is very amazing. You did a great job. 10'd, and 5'd. Keep this up!
